An attorney with solid experience in real estate law, founding partner of Falchet e Marques, where she is responsible for the firm’s entire real estate practice: property titling, purchase and sale agreements, leases and litigation.

She handles every case with the calm of someone who explains everything before the client decides — from preventive counsel to resolving disputes involving real estate developments, adverse possession and land titling. With a postgraduate degree in Succession Law, she specializes in probate and estate administration, both in court and through notarial proceedings. For her, taking care of a property or an estate also means caring for an important moment in someone’s life.

She built her career at São Paulo law firms working in real estate litigation and advisory, with experience in highly complex disputes and construction contracts. She has authored articles in specialized media and is fluent in English.
