Do you advise foreign companies in English?
Yes. We work in English with overseas legal, HR, finance, management and family offices, while carrying out the Brazilian legal work and local procedure in Portuguese where required.
Can the work be handled remotely?
Much of the initial review, document work, negotiation and reporting can be handled remotely. If a court, registry, notary or other step requires local action, we explain that requirement and organise it within the agreed scope.
Which practice areas do you cover?

Do you provide tax or immigration advice?
